国内发展概况:近年来,我国在泵行业得到了迅速的发展,但是我国大多数泵制造企业规模不大,产品更新不够快,质量不够高,在许多方面和国外泵还有较大的差距。目前工业泵普通产品供大于求,高水平、高质量的特殊产品供不应求,还需从国外进口,产品的水平与用户要求差距较大。产业结构和产品结构不合理的现象尤为明显,产品达到当代世界先进水平极少,大部分仅达到80年代末90年代初的水平,不能适应市场需求结构的变化。一方面产品积压严重,另一方面市场急需的产品试制太慢或短缺,冲不出传统产品的格局。与国外的动态差距并没有缩小,形势不容乐观。在泵站设计时,只能选用性能差不多的有限几种定型产品,这样不但降低了泵站效率,而且还留下很多不安全隐患。我国大多数水泵制造企业规模不大,缺乏高精度加工、检测等工艺设备。新工艺、新材料、新技术(包括CAD\CAM等)未能得到普遍的推广和应用。 国外发展概况:国外泵的发展速度较快,技术也更为先进。国外大型水泵生产企业制造出来的泵,一般具有转速高、体积小、重量轻等优点,其流量是我国同口径水泵流量的1.5~2倍。尤其是荷兰、日本、美国、原苏联等国家,水泵的性能指标明显优于国内。荷兰较注重科研的投入,其科研力量很强,设施较为完善,对水泵及其进出水流道均有比较系统的研究。国外尤其是工业水平较为发达的国家,他们在水泵的设计和制造方面和对水泵研究的重视程度,的确值得我们学习和借鉴,但并不是说他们在水泵设计和制造领域是尽善尽美的,也同样需要在泵的扬程和流量等重要参数上作出一步突破,这就需要在水泵机械结构改进上投入力量。随着科学技术的发展,国内外泵行业向大型化、高速化、高强度、高压力、高可靠性、长寿命、系统控制和机、电仪一体化等高科技方向发展,其中,寿命、可靠性及自动化己成为选择泵时的主要考虑因素。

The dynamic gap with foreign countries has not narrowed, and the situation is not optimistic. In the design of the pumping station, only a limited number of finalized products with similar performance can be selected, which not only reduces the efficiency of the pumping station, but also leaves many unsafe hidden dangers. Most of the water pump manufacturing enterprises in China are small in scale and lack high-precision processing, testing and other process equipment. New processes, new materials, and new technologies (including CAD\CAM, etc.) have not been widely promoted and applied. Overview of foreign development: The development of foreign pumps is faster and the technology is more advanced. Pumps manufactured by large foreign pump manufacturers generally have the advantages of high speed, small size, and light weight, and their flow is 1.5 to 2 times that of our country's water pumps of the same caliber. Especially in the Netherlands, Japan, the United States, the former Soviet Union and other countries, the performance indicators of water pumps are significantly better than those of domestic ones. The Netherlands pays more attention to investment in scientific research, its scientific research strength is very strong, the facilities are relatively complete, and the water pump and its inlet and outlet channels are relatively systematically studied. Foreign countries, especially those with relatively advanced industrial level, are indeed worthy of our learning and reference in the design and manufacture of water pumps and their emphasis on water pump research, but it does not mean that they are perfect in the field of water pump design and manufacturing. It is also the same. It is necessary to make a breakthrough in important parameters such as the pump head and flow rate, which requires investment in the improvement of the pump mechanical structure. With the development of science and technology, the domestic and foreign pump industry is developing towards large-scale, high-speed, high-strength, high-pressure, high-reliability, long-life, system control and integration of mechanical and electrical instruments. Among them, life, Reliability and automation have become the main considerations when choosing a pump.
